Pack Securely
Place the device in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
